Great Property Management
We have found The Mitcham branch of Phillip Webb to be a very professional group. Our experience with Devorah Scott as our Property Manager has been a positive experience. Devorah is very responsive to any issues, follows up both with tenants and us as property owners in a timely manner and is very pleasant to work with.

Philip Webb manages 3 of my rental properties and they have always offered first class service and expertise. Their experience and knowledge is outstanding. They also treat both tenants and landlords with respect and courtesy. Philip Webb staff communicate very effectively.

PATHETIC sevice since signing the agreement
Very poor service not aligned to the promotional materials provided and below previous experience with your peers. Issues include : - Agent at open house inspections had no knowledge of the house or the agreement. - Provisions to leave selected furniture not passed on by PW. - PW agent denied knowledge of conversation re leaving cabinetary on the property - No photos of inspection provided despite request for the same. - Request for change of bank account ignored. - Payment of received rental not remiitted till reminded 1 month after receipt by PW. - ledger of all PW rental properties including personnel information of all landlords sent in place of Bray Crt related agreement. Sharing of personnal details including rental income, names and phone numbers of your clients suggest is unprofessional and potentially illegal.

Dane, Sky and Sam are First Class
I was introduced to Dane through Sam Babalis, He was incredibly prompt, professional and very easy to deal with unlike many new business managers you deal with. the property was soon listed online and was leased after the very first open home to a fantastic tenant. Since then i have been placed with Sky who has also been incredibly helpful, efficient, polite and professional. Whilst there were one or two minor bumps from the accounts department in the initial banking set up they will be my go to people for anything in Ringwood and beyond.
