We leased a property with Philip Webb Mitcham. The Property Manager does not process application in a timely manner. Had multiple instances of being a liar. No eye for detail especially for condition report and cleanliness of the place. We were stressed out and had to escalate to her Manager. And the Manager had spoken to her and we had the place cleaned again and this is the only reason we give it 2 stars.
