I have been with 3 other property management company and so far this is the best and with their current service, I will not be looking at changing my agent. Philipwebb is regular with their inspection, rental review and awesome communications. They have separate team who just does inspections, open homes and so your property manager can focus in doing that, i.e. property management. They also cover rest of Melbourne area which differentiates them with other small, local property agent...so if you have multiple properties in various locations, the management can be centralized, even can be with the same property manager. Could not be happier!

I have been with Philip Webb for almost 10 years and have had a few Property Managers over the years to manage rentals of my portfolio. I always like dealing with the same Property Manager for the purpose of consistency, knowledge of client behaviour, expectation and building of good relationship. My current Property Manger (Jacinda Thompson), who has been with me for a few years, is great. One or two of her strengths is her ability to communicate well with me in very timely manner & her negotiating skills in reducing costs and expenses for me whilst maintaining the properties. She always responds to my email queries promptly and always tries her best to resolve issues as demonstrated in a recent case of a vacating tenant(s) with arrears in rent and cleanup and repair bills (including gardening). Jacinda managed to achieve a good outcome for me without the need to go to VCAT whilst at the same time, getting the property back to its tenantable stage. All issues have been fixed and new tenants have just moved in. I sincerely hope I will not 'lose' Jacinda if she does get promoted in her current role in future.
