My experience of rental agents in the past has been that they are somewhat slow and disinterested as the rental market means that they dont have to try very hard to rent the properties. My experience with Anna has been the opposite. She has been very responsive and extremely efficient in all she has done for us. She seeks to represent us as well as the landlord which is rare in my experience. Very happy with the service to date.

Having to travel to the Mitcham branch each time for key and spare key collection/drop off is quite a journey, especially when working 9-5 considering their office hours are the same. A trusted agent in the city would be better and easier for future transactions.
