Great Integrity
I have had my property agency with Philip Webb for many years, and always found them to be fantastic . I never have to worry about my investment ,as they are on the ball.My agent Brooke Davison is always obliging to my requests, and is capable in dealing with tenants issues,I have been so pleased that they now look after another property for me in Sunbury. Many years ago I was told a story about Philip Webb helping a young staff member with replacing her tyres on her car,as he felt they were unsafe.....This indicated to me he was a man of good morals, that is why he has such good staff, and he conducts his business in the same manner.... Smooth sailing!!
I'd like to take the time and write a review for both Emma (awesome property manager) and Isabell for securing a tenant for my property in Pakenham. I was notifed by Emma 2 weeks ago that my current tenants were vacating the property. Without any hesitation, she guided me through the process of advertising the property in the hope of securing new tenants prior to the property becoming vacant. I couldn't believe it but both Emma and Isabell managed to secure a new tenant within a week! I'd like to make sure that their hard work does not go unnoticed. I am highly impressed by the level of efficiency and professionalism and would highly recommend both Emma and Isabell to family and friends!

Dependable
They suggested a remtal price which was at the high end for the location and had someone in there within 4 weeks without negotiating the price. They also have kept me up to date with anything relating to the property.

Great service
For our first foray into property investment we decided to go with Philip Webb. They have been great to work with and very prompt in communication. Once our property was ready to lease they were very quick to get the photography done and got it online that day. Although some details of the ad needed adjusting Alicia was quick to make the changes needed. As a result we had someone eager to take it the following day. Thanks to prompt follow up by our manager Elise we had our first tenants in within days. The online portal that Philip Webb has for landlords is a big plus. We are happy to recommend them.
