Benchmark Efficiency
Moving is stressful, and I've moved a lot. It always seems something goes awry or gets complicated. This is not my experience with Philip Webb Mitcham. All interactions with staff were courteous, respectful, and professional. Communication was clear, with set expectations. Paperwork was easy to understand, and explained thoroughly to me by the agency. Information contained in the renter's pack goes above and beyond expectations, with a very useful maintenance guide and moving checklist. Suffice to say, I will prioritise checking Philip Webb Mitchams listings for my next move.

Great Agency to deal with
We had an answer within 6hours of putting in our application there was no waiting days for an answer, we knew where we stood. The communication of receiving our application and then processing was above expectations.
