We initially saw Blake at an open house when we were starting to consider putting our property up for sale. We liked the way he spoke that day. When we decided to sell we interviewed several agents but chose Blake. Blake had good knowledge of the local market. He also seemed willing to work with us during the sale process to meet our needs and at the same time be respectful to our tenants. The sale process had a few hitches, not of Blake’s making, but he handled those issues professionally. Blake kept us well informed throughout the sale process right through to settlement. I would use Blake again if the opportunity arose.
