I made the shocking error in engaging an “off the Mountain “ Agent recommended by friend. It was an unmitigated disaster. The fool had zero knowledge of the market on the Mountain, barely introduced a single interested party apart from the usual nosy Parker’s and then had the audacity to tell me the market was flat and he required more marketing spend from me.
