We purchased a home through Bartlett and Co, and I'm glad we did. Doing the rounds of Saturday inspections, you get to meet many different agents. I think we met them all..... and we were getting tired of all the same old back and forth. Tim is different. The Monday morning after the inspection, Tim made a follow up call to me and it was different. No pressure, no "games", just straight up honest information from a fully engaged agent. He remained that way throughout the entire purchasing process. Tim was prompt with responding to our enquires (there were many!) incredibly patient and always a pleasure to deal with. My wife and I bought a property in the Retirement Village through Tim. He showed his willingness and enthusiasm early on in the proceedings by being prepared, at very short notice, to show us, and our family, properties in the Village, just before Christmas, when our son, from Queensland, and ourselves, from Adelaide, had gathered with our daughter, who lives in Wollongong. Tim’s knowledge and professionalism shone through as he dealt with a range of questions we threw at him. His friendly manner instilled trust and confidence that he was genuine and not just trying to make a quick sale, and this was an opinion shared by our son and daughter (who are both in their 40’s and have considerable real estate experience between them). My wife and I flew back again a few weeks later to see a particular apartment that had come on the market which Tim had thought might be precisely what we wanted, and, sure enough, it was, and we signed up that day. The ensuing process leading up to settlement all went smoothly, and we are most grateful to Tim and his team for the excellent service they provided in making this happen.
