I'm very happy to express my appreciation and satisfaction with Tim Bartlett as my agent again, having sold and bought through Tim previously. He has been easy to deal with, very honest re expectations and helpful in getting my house ready for sale. He communicates regularly so I've always been up to date with what's happening re my sale, and I've had no doubt he's doing his utmost to get the best price for me. I would definitely have Tim as my agent if I need to sell or buy again.

Tim was very professional. He knew the property very well and gave us a thorough inspection of the property and the facilities it provided. It was obvious that we were interested in purchasing and a purchase price reached quite quickly.

We met Tim at an open house. The place was well presented and Tim allowed us to walk around and take in the features of the property as we saw them. We spoke about the details of sale and settlement as it was coming up to the holiday period. We went home to consider the details. Monday morning we called Tim and indicated we would need a settlement in the New Year. Tim did not hesitate, he contacted the vendor and an agreement was negotiated for us. All of the paperwork and deposit was arranged for both of us. Tim kept us well informed at every step. As we have moved forward we have also been made aware of all of the things we need to do to make our relocation trouble free such as State and Local Government Dept and other service providers that need to know and when. Tim's pleasant and caring manner has made the whole process very smooth. We would reccomend Tim to any one looking to buy, wanting a hard working and honest agent. Colin and Jill

Tim met with us and outlined what he thought was the best way to present our house and market it. We had the house styled and photographed by professions recomended by Tim. these where listed on Domain and Real Estate . Com. We had three open house sessions on mid Saturday that were well attended. Tim reported to us as soon as they ended as to the people that attended and any offers or comments made. Some mid week viewings also took place with plenty of notice. Some offers where made that we rejected. Tim followed up with all those that showed any interest and reported back. The offer that we accepted was kean to secure the propery and Tim did everthing he could to make sure that the Buyer was looked after and secured the sale. Tim has provided us with a clear picture for what was happening and what we needed to do all the way along. Nothing was a problem. We would highly reccomend Tim if you are looking for very helpful, knowledgable, personal service. Thanks Tim for a job well done. Coli and Jill

Tim assisted us to purchase a lovely home in Figtree. He also helped us to liaise with engineers to do some remediation work. He has good knowledge of the market and the area and is very friendly and easy to work with. Tim’s assistant, Tanya, was likewise very helpful and friendly, making it a smooth process for us.
