Our experience in dealing with Paul (Base Realty) was totally professional in all manner. The advice he gave in assisting in presentation of the home before selling was beneficial. Advertising and marketing was very effective from the outset. In addition his team were very helpfull throughout, even waiting until the last moment to process and deal with the relevant paperwork between the two parties.

Paul was always very professional. He recognised that our property was one that would need a certain type of buyer and we may have to wait for the right person.
