Having left a message with Paul concerning a property, Base Property Group were marketing for sale, we received a phone call of Paul almost immediately. He advised us to come to the open house for an inspection, which we did , and were advised if we were serious we would need to make a firm offer . He offered advise on his experience in the local market regarding sales, how long properties take to sell etc. We did make a final offer a few days later, and were successful on the purchase. From the time we first called Paul to the time the Contract was signed was easy, without any pressure. Open dialog without any hidden agendas. Paul sold my house for me within four days of it being on the market for quite a lot more than previous agents had advised me I would sell it for.
