Sold in a week!
We were very happy with our sale by Ron Davey of Base Realtors. The whole process went seamlessly, Ron’s experience and advice proving invaluable. He was knowledgeable, courteous and polite as he was when he sold us the house years ago. The for sale sign went up while we were on a cruise and the contract was signed a week after, whilst on the cruise, which saved us a lot of time and bother after we returned home.

One of a Kind Agent
From the first time I met Ron, I knew he was the right agent for me. Ron gave me an honest appraisal of what he thought the property was worth as well as practical suggestions on how I could achieve the best result. Ron and his team showed up time and time again to offer practical support when it was needed most. Many open homes were offered at different times to get the maximum number of potential buyers through the house. Ron is honest and hardworking. He knows the area and uses many different techniques to promote a house sale. He achieved what he said he would.

Honest and Professional
Our family was seeking an apartment in the Sunshine Beach area and we were fortunate to meet Ron Davey. Ron was polite and extremely helpful as we remotely toured the property due to COVID lockdowns. He was extremely flexible and in such a tricky time to be doing business he was supportive and a delight to work with. He called when he said he would and every email was promptly replied to with the details as promised. The transaction was completed easily and without fuss. Contact Ron Davey when you require a highly effecient and effective real estate agent. Presentation is paramount. From quality photography that catches one's eye on "realestate.com.au" through to presenting the home to WOW status. And if that wasn't good enough, one can sight Ron mowing and edging your lawns, sweeping and cleaning the pool and vacuuming your home if it is in need of it. Perfect lawns, a sparkling pool and a dustless home all helps with that WOW factor. How about Ron's ability to deal with people? Fantastic. 100% enthusiastic. A great communicator. Attitude: 100% Professional and is pleasantly tenacious. Ron is great in guiding the buyer and communicating with the sellor. Negotiation Skills: 110% Ron knows how far to push it. Unit sold in a week
I estimated it would take c opulent of months to sell my unit but I had a contract in a week. Ron was always available and was helpful in all aspects of the sale including recommending a conveyancer. Service like this is so important as a a non resident of Queensland. Thanks Ron
