Beth and I purchased an apartment in Noosaville in December 2018 that Ron was selling on behalf of its owner. I'd not met Ron before but was impressed with his professionalism from the start. Firstly, he had the apartment open every day which I'd not encountered with any other agent. This was hugely helpful for me as I was only in town for a few days and needed multiple viewings. Ron was also happy to meet our Builder and our bank's valuer at the property at short notice on several occasions. Ron was very knowledgeable about the property and was able to answer all my questions. I have never seen an agent put in so much effort for the Owner. Exactly what we will be wanting next time we sell a property. As a Buyer, I found Ron at all times to be affable, helpful and not at all pushy. We had a challenging time raising the finance and Ron was patient and attentive to our needs throughout the process. In summary, I cannot recommend Ron highly enough. He clearly did a fantastic job for the previous Owner and for Beth and I he went above and beyond to make the stressful buying process as smooth as possible. He was simply the best!
