I want to take this moment to be able to share my positive feedback regarding my interactions with Clarence Ngwena from Bastion property. Clarence provided an excellent and exceptional service, every step of the way when selling my property. He was always genuine, honest, calm, and professional in all his interactions with me. I quickly learnt from my early interactions with him that he always puts people first and really cares about the people he works with. Clarence worked in the best interest of me as a seller from the get-go, he has a sound knowledge of the local real estate market and, even though I was interstate/overseas, he took time to constantly update me on the progress of the sale of my property, this made otherwise a stressful process a seamless one, especially in this interest hike climate. Clarence is warm, friendly, and incredibly patient and, he answered all my queries promptly, regardless of the time of the day when I was asking him. Clarence is an absolute star, and I would give him 5 plus stars for the service he provided, and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is considering buying or selling their property.
