I originally purchased the property from Derek back in 2015 and found the service to be so good that I decided back then if I ever sold the property I would use Derek as my agent. Now after selling the house in 2021 I know that decision I made 6 years ago was the right one. Not just a good agent but actually a pretty good bloke himself who I bumped into a few times around Vic Park and had a good chat with. Couldn’t fault the service in any way, I’ve used two other real estate agents prior to Derek and thought they were ok but they were terrible compared to Derek.
