I had to sell my deceased mum's house recently and after getting a few appraisals, settled on Derek and his team at Baston and Co. What swayed me was his track record and also people I know who recommended him enthusiastically. Derek took the time to get to know me and the history of the family home and we settled on a strategy. Derek, Lee and the staff in the office all work together wonderfully as a team so at any point I could contact someone to keep things moving. Despite the challenging market at the time, we achieved a timely sale and a price we are very happy with. I can't recommend Derek and the team highly enough - they are thoroughly professional but also provide very personalised service which made them a pleasure to deal with.

This is the second time we have dealt with Derek, he sold our house that we purchased from him 11 years ago.Derek was our second agent, as we were recommended another by a friend, all i can say is that we should have gone with Derek to start with. He is very honest ( may not be what you want to hear your house is really worth) but unlike other agents that just over price your property, only for it to sit there and then want to reduce the price anyway, he will put a realistic value on the house, clearly it works as he sold ours in approx 6 weeks which was pretty good in the current market. I would just like to thank Derek and all of his team as they do a great job and are always just a phone call away if you need them.
