We bought a house from Derek recently and we were so grateful! He made the whole process so easy and pleasant for us, from the day we first viewed the property until the day we received our keys. He is excellent at what he does, but at the same time he is also very friendly, honest and humble. I recently purchased a property in Victoria Park in consultation with Derek and Ashling from Baston and Co. As a first home buyer they were able to walk me through what can be a frustrating and complex process with minimal stress. What impressed me the most was the integrity that they both showed. There were a few occasions where they did not know the answer to my enquiries. On these occasions they were both more than happy to say 'I don't know' and thence find and deliver the required information in a timely manner. Ashling even called me at 6pm on a Friday to just check that the process was running smoothly from my perspective. In conclusion really nice people with an outstanding work ethic. I would recommend Baston and Co to anyone needing an agent in the Vic Park area and I will hopefully utilise their services again in the future. Thanks guys!

As a first homebuyer, the whole buying process was a little overwhelming at times, but Derek and co. were always very accommodating and incredibly responsive to any queries. Their willingness to discuss things and dig deeper if they were unsure or unaware of something made it far less daunting than expected. At the end of the day Derek and co. were there for the seller, but at no point did I think that they weren’t also considering my best interest as well, it felt like they were there for me as much as the seller. Honest and upfront throughout the entire process and I never felt pressured or uncomfortable at any point. Wouldn't hesitate to use again in the future or recommend to others looking for an agent.
