We have considerable experience purchasing properties, and have never met an agent as considered as Derek, maybe it’s the country boy in him... but he is the best we have met at what he does. Attention to detail, friendly, professional, approachable. You wouldn’t do better if you engage his services if your looking for a new home. We appreciated the Nosh hamper and sparkling wine.
