Baston & Co were our second agent, in hindsight they should have been our first. Derek is forthright in his methods of marketing and the sales campaign, which certainly kept our property front and centre. This resulted in early interest and ultimately succinct negotiations and settlement. Derek's team were always informing us of status and planned marketing actions and feedback from potential buyers. The key point throughout our campaign was that Derek was always honest, reassuringly positive though not beyond belief and he wanted to sell our property not just list it. Personally i found Derek and his team most approachable and informative, he has an excellent understanding of the market in his catchment area.
