Derek has a huge wealth of knowledge about Vic Park, its surroundings and also the businesses, contractors and everything else that is around to help facilitate ideas you may have of your property and was able to provide great insight into how the property stacked up against other similar in the area. He was welcoming and a character we genuinely enjoyed guiding us through the purchase. Always prompt with responses to emails or calls and very honest and open about what comes next in the purchasing chain, what to expect and when, which made everything very clear and simple to understand. I feel with a few details we needed to sort out that he went above and beyond to ensure everyone was happy and felt at ease with the purchase. Great guy and an outstanding professional who acted with integrity and operated in a trustworthy manner, no pressuring, just provide all the information required and then gave the space required for me to make my decision.
