My partner selected the agent and that was fine with me. When it came time to sell, he explained all the paperwork. We had questions about the description of the property in the text portion of the ad, but were told, "this is the way it needs to be done". There were several other mis steps and oversights by the agent's company during the process, but the house sold, and thankfully, the paperwork was correct so there were no hold ups. We have not heard from the agent since the sale, so I am surprised that he would want a review. Would we use this agent again? No. Would we recommend the agent to others? Probably not.

I was so impressed by Derek’s energy, his ability to read the market, and his instinctiveness in understanding the buyers perspective in order to get us the best possible price. I had no hesitation asking Derek to sell my house again, even though our house it was not in his traditional catchment of Victoria Park. We had recently purchased a house subject to sale with a tight timeframe. Derek was able to get our house on the market quick smart, established an amazing marketing campaign with a Instagram post that broke some viewing records, and sold it in at a great price that allows us to complete the purchase of our new home.
