Highly Recommend
Dave recently sold our renovated property in the Bayside area. This was the fourth house we’ve sold in the past five years, but our first time using BayCity Estate Agents and we couldn’t recommend them more, especially Dave. Throughout the entire process, Dave was always readily available to take our calls and come out to see the progress of the house, often on the same day we made contact. He was consistently reliable, professional, and down-to-earth, making the experience both seamless and enjoyable. You could have a genuine conversation with him and it was never just about business. Dave truly cares about his clients. He knew our property inside and out and made sure prospective buyers were equally well informed.
