I highly recommend Lawrence Acaster who sold a villa in Capalaba for me in January 2014. Lawrence gave excellent advice on the market value of the property, marketing and sale of the property at auction. Lawrence was also very helpful in organising contacts with painters and gardeners to ensure the property was both properly maintained and prepared for sale. The property successfully sold at auction. Lawrence maintained regular, excellent and trustworthy communication with me throughout the sale process.
