Adrianne and the Baylife team were highly professional and thorough when evaluating our house. They provided valuable advice on improvements that would really help the saleability of the house and recommended a well priced local stylist for staging. Selling from interstate we thought would be difficult but could not have been made easier for us. Adrianne handled all aspects of having the house readied for market, including providing updates over the phone and via photos and videos of progress. Communication was made at a time convenient to us. Thanks to Adrianne and the Baylife crew we achieved a great sale price. The sale process was made smooth and we very pleased with the settlement. Recently sold my property in Scarborough and could not have hoped for a more competent and professional real estate agent as Adrianne. I believe that one of the hardest things when selling a property is to find the right agency to guide you through the entire process, which can be stressful, especially if you choose wrong. After my first meeting with Adrianne (and Brett), from Baylife Real Estate, I knew that I was in good hands and the decision was easy to list my beautiful apartment. I always have lots of questions, and Adrianne was very patient with me, constantly kept me informed and updated, all of the way through. Adrianne's work ethic, calmness and ability to match the property with the right buyer was impressive to say the least. No pressure, genuine and just good people. I recently sold a property in Scarborough, with Brett and Baylife Real Estate, and it was a fantastic experience in selling my beautiful apartment. I asked for a few key things before listing (off-market), and the brief was kept perfectly. Communication all of the time, professionalism and strong work ethic was outstanding. It can be a stressful experience when selling, especially with an Agent that is not up to Baylife's standard, and why it is so important to choose wisely. Upon first meeting with Brett and also Adrianne, I knew. Very genuine and experienced and did not feel like just another number, or under pressure to sell. If you are thinking of selling - do yourself a favour and at the very least schedule a meeting with Baylife Real Estate. You will not be dissapointed. Best Agency in the Peninsula in my opinion.
