The first conversation I had with Adrianne indicated her knowledge in the real estate market and the questions she asked made me feel that she actually cared about me and my property and what I needed. The next day when we met face to face she was so well prepared with information about my own property that I didn’t even know was available. During that meeting the way she spoke gave me confidence that she was the right person to support me through this process and over the next two days she proved me right by getting me an outstanding offer that was almost $100000 more than the previous offer. I couldn’t be happier with the service that both Adrianne and Brett have provided me. They are both genuine, hardworking and are excellent communicators. I was always impressed with how they kept me up to date at all times and I am very grateful to have had Adrianne to guide me so expertly through the sometimes hectic selling process. I couldn’t recommend Baylife any higher. If you want genuine service from kind people you couldn't do better than Adrianne and Brett.
