Mario Torrisi at Bayside Realty is a local community Real Estate Agent with good local knowledge of our area. He gave an honest and open market appraisal and approach to selling our home with photos in his shop front window and a profile listed on domain and realestate.com. Combined with open houses and follow up he executed and concluded a sale and settlement that was suitable to us and the new owners.
