Excellent Agent!

Excellent experience honest Real estate agent
It was a pleasure working with Mario during the purchase of our home. He was very down to earth and easy to communicate with. If I couldn't get through to him straight away he always rang back promptly. He liased with the owners brilliantly and made sure all our enquires about the purchase were answered. Mario worked around our busy lives and met with us after hours needed. We found Mario to be an honest professional agent who had great knowledge of the local area and his industry.

Mario came highly recommended to us.
We were given Mario’s name by our two sons. Mario sold their homes after they had listed with other Real Estates who hadn’t been able to sell after many months. We were very happy with Mario. He has great knowledge,great communication skills. Right from the first meeting we felt comfortable with putting our home on the market with Mario. Bayside Realty. When it came to the actual sale Mario handled the negotiations extremely well. We were very happy with the outcome. Mario was even willing to advise us on our new home. He has great knowledge of Townsville. As I said he came highly recommend to us. We also highly recommend Bayside Realty & Mario along with the staff who were all friendly & helpful.
