EXCEEDED EXPECTAIONS
In the past I had experienced a number of poor agents in the area and as such researched local agent reviews.From our initial contact regarding the property I found Mario to be frank and honest in his opinions of the property. It was some months later that I decided to enter the market and my first choice was of course Mario. Throughout the entire process his recommendations regarding what he advised I could do to realise a quality sale were apppreciated and followed through. As I was based offshore through my work at the time I relied on Mario to liase both with the tenant, who later vacated, and the contractors engaged in uplifting the property. Overall, and considering the market was facing a slump, the results were better than expected. Mario is without doubt a true proffesional in all aspects of the business and a true gentleman.I was a pleasure dealing with Mario.

Straight up, great communication and a fast sale!
We have both purchased and sold through Mario and can highly recommend him. Our purchase was smooth and fast - all inspections easily arranged and communication from the vendor passed through. We also loved that Mario was 'straight up', especially after some of the real estate agents we had encountered. For this reason it made our decision to list with him an easy one. We listed at the end of the year, right before everything closes for the Christmas break but had a contract on it within a few short weeks that progressed smoothly and settled on schedule. Big thanks to Mario and his team!
