I have had an excellent experience with Sean and the Baywest team. Over the last several years I have bought a property (which was not on the market at the time but which Sean negotiated) , subdivided the property, rented it out and finally sold both properties for a handsome profit. During my association with Sean he has always been a proactive and diligent agent. His communication skills are fantastic and I never had to wait for an email or call. Sean was absolutely amazing our house sold for above what we wanted in a record sale of three days we were blow away, he secured our dream home for us very shortly after at a great price. I first contacted Sean to get some information on what was happening with property prices in the Bittern property market, I was at that stage just considering my options in relation to an investment property. Sean kept me updated over the next 12 months on the sales in the area and the increase in property values in Bittern. We were ready to sell in August and invited three agents to the property for an appraisal, this was the first time that I actually met Sean face to face! My brothers and I were very impressed with Sean's obvious passion for his job and his knowledge of the area, his enthusiasm was contagious! We were very surprised at his valuation of the property and maybe a little sceptical! Well Sean knows his job! Within two weeks of being on the market with several offers we received a great price and the deal was done! Sean sold our place in just 8 weeks!
