A positive property management team. I was surprised by the number of people who work with the landlord from the time of signing up to the house being actually rented out. I understand the concept now, however I felt I had a good relationship with all staff up till rental stage, but I just don’t know much about the property manager now it is rented, it is early days so I will wait and see. I think the process is expensive, time will tell whether the rental game is worth it, not just from a property management point of view but also the cost of tradies along the way.
