Efficient, professional, and great communication
Raj from McGrath Geelong managed the vacancy of our property in an efficient and very professional manner. He communicated with us throughout the entire time of finding a new tenant, and gave us valuable feedback and advice on any applications that came through. We were never left wondering what was going on. Our vacancy was kept to a minimum with a rental increase achieved as well. We recommend Raj and his team.
