We have recently rented a property through McGrath and have to say the initial contact with the rental representative was excellent with good communication and accessibility. However, the move and subsequent property issues have tarnished what could otherwise have been a very satisfactory experience. The property manager assigned to us has been very reactive to our requests to have issues addressed, but the issues should have been sorted with the landlord prior to us moving in.

Fantastic Experience. We had our application looked after by Mr. Rajesh Chaubey. He was very professional on arranging inspections and gave time to time updates on each stage of our application. Don't be surprised to get a call or email response during after hours as he gave particular attention to each application and makes sure your application is well placed.
