THE SALE OF OUR HOUSE WAS SO SMOOTH AND STRESS FREE FROM THE BEGINNING. TYSON GUIDED US THE WHOLE WAY, THE PRESENTATION OF THE HOUSE AND PHOTOS LOOKED AMAZING AND IT SOLD VERY QUICKLY. HE WAS GREAT TO DEAL WITH AND I WOULD DEFINITELY USE TYSON IN THE FUTURE.

Brock, Tyson and their team worked very hard to sell our property. They took time to listen to us, taking into consideration our future plans and the price we were looking for. To help us even further, Brock also worked in conjunction with the agents we were purchasing our new property through. The entire team are all easy to communicate with and are very helpful which reduces the stress of the selling and buying procedure. Local knowledge from both Tyson and Brock played a big part. We found Tyson to be amicable, well presented and in addition he offers good customer service. The photography shoot was professional which led to a glossy brochure being handed out at the open home sessions, along with a spread of colour shots for online viewing. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend B & D Realty.

Tyson and the team provided us with market knowledge, ideas to increase our appeal, contractor contacts and support that saw us improve our home and get the price we were hoping for. Guiding us through a process which is very stressful, and at times involving late night and Sunday calls, we really felt that Tyson and the team at B&D were behind us all the way with a very positive and professional approach. I initially had another agent lined up to sell my house, however after meeting Tyson, I immediately knew I wanted to use him. Tyson is open, honest, and easy to work with. He set expectations from the beginning and had a fair and considered approach (while still achieving a great outcome), and gave his informed opinions when requested. He consistently laid out information, tasks and offers simply, ready for easy decision making, ultimately making the whole process a smooth transaction.
