Responses to our questions or requirements are generally very quick. Have been with this real estate since rental became available and the administration is punctual at the end of each month. Inspections are very thorough and a good overview is provided to the landlord.

I have had the team Beachscape Real Estate manage a property for me for two years now. Property Manager Lauren Webster and Agent Holly Mc Duff, in the Beachscape team, do a very professional job on all aspects of property management. They take care to secure reliable tenants, arrange regular well documented property inspections and follow up maintenance matters with contractors in a timely manner. Taking the time to listen to my concerns and deal with tenants in a responsive and respectful manner is what sets them apart as standout agents, in my experience. The whole team at Beachscape are wonderful to deal with.

I couldn't be happier with the service we received from Lauren & Holly at Beachscape Real Estate. As an interstate property owner, having a property manager I can trust is really important to us. We recently flew down to collect the house keys and had the pleasure of meeting Lauren & Holly in person. They were both incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional, & took the time to share lots of helpful tips and local knowledge about Lake Cathie and the surrounding area. It was reassuring to meet the ladies looking after our property & to see first-hand how approachable and knowledgable they are. Their communication has been great, and we feel confident knowing our investment is in such capable hands. Thank you Lauren & Holly for making the experience so easy and giving us such peace of mind!

We can’t speak highly enough of Hayley! She has been one of the best real estate agents we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. From the very beginning, she stood out as genuine and caring, a real person who truly goes above and beyond to make sure everyone’s needs are met. Every interaction with Hayley has been fair, transparent, and handled with professionalism, while her communication has been excellent throughout the entire process. What really sets Hayley apart is how much she genuinely cares about people, not just transactions. It’s rare to find someone in real estate who combines such warmth, integrity, and dedication, and we feel so fortunate to have had her on our side. Thank you, Hayley, for everything! You’ve made what can often be a stressful experience feel seamless and positive. We couldn’t recommend you more highly!
