Hayley and the team at Beachscape look after our rental property at Port. We find their communication, knowledge of the area and broad advice to be excellent. I’d also like to express thanks to both Hayley and Sarah for their quick response and advise to a recent concern we had. Thanks Beachscape.

Have been with them 18 months and barely been vacant. The tenants put in place have been well selected and looked after my house well. I give them 10 out of 10

My partner and I had an excellent experience renting through Beachscape Property. Throughout our experience with Beachscape, their communication was prompt, clear, and thorough, making the rental process an stress-free experience. The leasing process was seamless, and the team went above and beyond to ensure that we felt supported every step of the way, which we greatly appreciated as this was our first rental property and moving from interstate. Beachscape Property truly exceeded our expectations. The team at Beachscape Property were incredibly professional, ensuring that all of our questions were answered and every detail was addressed with care. The team were also very understanding of our need to visit our family home interstate for extended periods of time due to extenuating circumstances and were very kind and accommodating during this time. We highly recommend Beachscape Property to anyone seeking a reliable and professional realestate partner in the Port Macquarie area.

Beach Scape properties and specifically our agent Hayley have been insurmountable supportive and accommodating throughout our rental duration. From the start, Hayley has gone above and beyond to ensure all our needs have been met and that our renting process ran smoothly. Hayley was always on hand and happy to help with any queries we had, and helped us settle in to not only our new rental property, but also Port Macquarie in general. We couldn’t have hoped for a better agent. Any future tenants would be lucky to have Hayley’s support, and we can only hope to get as lucky with our next agent in a new city! Thank you Hayley for your endless kindness, it has made our stay in Port Macquarie a real pleasure.

We trusted our home to Susan and her team for holiday and long term rentals from October 2018 - January 2022. She came highly recommended through a business associate. She was a pleasure to work with. Susan is friendly and has an extremely strong work ethic. She is efficient and organised with great communication skills. She has a large portfolio of quality properties in Port Macquarie and is very passionate about the local area. I would highly recommend Susan to you.

Mid pandemic we (me, my pregnant partner, our 1 year old boy and Kelpie) decided to relocate from Sydney to Port Macquarie to take advantage of a 6 month job opportunity at Port Macquarie hospital. Not knowing much about the rental market in Port or the preferred locations to live, Susan provided us with a variety of options (Pet friendly!), as well as detailed local knowledge regarding each suburb. We landed on a great place near Nobbys Beach, and were able to take out a 'longer term rental' which suited all our needs for out time in Port. Every aspect of the rental was accounted for including which cafes to get the best coffee, great walks and dog friendly parks. The rental was serviced/maintained on time each fortnight with no requirement to chase up Beachscape. Even when we had our toddler do some minor damage to a wall, a tradesman was arranged and dispatched within the week to fix it up. Very pleased with the whole process and have already reached out to Beachscape again to assist with holiday rentals.
