We have also bought and sold, or held, commercial properties so we have had considerable experience. By far the best has been Carlos Lehn with his assistant, Chloe Allen, of Acton, Mount Lawley. From our first meeting, Carlos always presented immaculately dressed, something a lot of agents do not. He gave us sound professional advice and a comprehensive folder of his assessment of the market with a comparative market analysis. He also gave us an explanation of how he would proceed to achieve a successful sale of the unit we were selling, as well as the price range he thought it would sell for. At no stage did he impose pushy salesmanship. From the start of when we signed up with Acton, both Carlos and Chloe have looked after our interests and have kept us informed, on almost a daily basis, of the progress of the sale. In the end, we sold just above the price we were expecting, thanks to Carlos’ skill. We have never experienced such proficiency in real estate. We highly recommend them as providing a very professional service.

Carlos and his assistant Chloe were very professional, friendly and readily contactable. Carlos prepared photos and descriptions of houses sold in the recent past so that I could compare similiar properties represented by Acton and other agents. This was very useful in learning what the sale price range and sale time frame I may expect. Carlos had good knowledge of the area in which the home was located and so I was confident that he could match a buyer to the lifestyle that the home offers.
