I spoke to Carlos a year prior to making the decision to sell and I was very impressed with his knowledge of the local area, as well as his input and advice on how to get the best price for the property. He did not push for a quick sale and immediate engagement of his services, and I already knew after that conversation, that when I was ready to sell, he would be the best agent. Once we put the property on the market, Carlos marketed it intensively to make the most of it being a new listing, and within a couple of weeks had a cash price I was happy with.
