Paul Owen knows Maylands more than any agent so he always has a list of potential buyers. He is interested in building relationships which is key in sales. For a year before I listed a property, he was always on hand to assist and lend his opinion on renovations etc. He even brought us a iced coffee one day when we were working on our yard and we complained of the heat. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
