The Carlos Lehn Team are undoubtedly the best. We bought our first home over 6 years ago from Carlos and had heard he was 'the King of Bayswater' - he just knew and loved the area so much! It was all true which we were glad to find. When it came time to move, we wanted to stay in the area and we spoke to Carlos Lehn Team about selling our home. They took time to explain the process (which we had never done before!) but no pressure to list which we decided we didn't want to do till we had found our next home. We have just purchased a property via Acton Real Estate Mount Lawley. The agent was Paul Owen. We are very happy with the outcome. Paul is to be congratulated for having Brittany Broadbent as his Personal Assistant. Britt is a real asset to the business. Britt was usually there when I called or emailed & replied promptly to messages or emails and made things happen, even on her day off! As a PA Brittany makes an exceptional real estate agent!! Paul has the ability to match houses to buyers and that one can only be achieved when the agent listens to what is required. He is an outstanding negotiator and has sold 2 houses for us over the last 10 years, achieving a greater price than what was expected both times. A true salesman at his best.
