Friendly & professional service
Kay and her team went above and beyond selling our house in lower Beechmont. We all appreciated her excellent communication at every open house and more. She got us full asking price even though the road was closed because of landslides. Prior to listing Kay did an inspection and offered her suggestions on preparing the home for sale which was invaluable. We have no hesitation on Recommending Beechmont Mountain Sales. The Sale was a very comfortable experience.

Excellent realtor - one of the few you can trust!
I spent a lot of time looking for a home and all the agents were all over us until you started the negotiation process: then they just disappeared (must be a common negotiation tactic). Kay was the opposite - she gave us room to make our choice and then reached out regularly during the sale to ensure everything was running smoothly. Kay lives and works in the area and was also incredibly welcoming, with extra information about the community and essential contacts. If you are buying in Lower Beechmont, buy from Kay; she knows the area, seems always around and she was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Thanks to Kay, we recently sold our house in LowerBeechmont. We chose Kay because of her wealth of knowledge of the area. She has dedicated many years in serving the Beechmont community as the sole agency on this beautiful mountain. So if anyone knows about Beechmont she’s the one to go to. Perhaps that would be enough. However we’d like to thank Kay for being so lovely, a real honest human being. We didn’t really want to sell as we had been on the mountain for many years, but time and age got the better of us and needed to move closer to our children. Kay absolutely helped us all the way. Kind & Accommodating Property Sales Agent
Kay has a deep knowledge of the local area and was able to answer all our 'purchaser' questions thoughtfully. Kay represented the vendors who were selling the property with care and was also fair in her assessment of the property and area with us, which was refreshing. There was no 'hard sell' and Kay supported fair and reasonable negotiations between the sellers and ourselves. Kay, together with the Beechmont Mountain Sales extended team were helpful and accomodating to our needs, including assisting in access to the property at short notice for inspections. We were even given a thoughtful Welcome Pack with very helpful contact details for mountain life, information about the area and a beautiful gift.
