We spoke to Kay regarding a property she had listed 2 weeks before we purchased this home. I told her what we were after, and she immediately said I have one you will love coming up in 2 weeks. She was spot on. We understand Kay's role is to get the best price for the her vendors. We ended being part of a multiple offer situation and our offer prevailed to be accepted.
