Rob was recommended to us by local tradesmen and even at our first meeting we were impressed with his honesty and transparency of the whole selling process. Rob has extensive industry experience and even greater life experience, and his quick understanding of the potential of our property was excellent. Rob's highest skills are his communication and negotiation skills, and his ability to relate to others at all walks of life with the utmost politeness. We were aware that his business was the more expensive in the area, however when we saw the standard of photography, plan drawing and marketing of our property, it was a clear advantage. In addition to that their price included building and pest examinations for potential clients. We noted that Rob worked late and was flexible to our needs, he vetted potential clients carefully and was highly ethical in the taking and accepting of offers. Valuing and selling a home can be a stressful proposition, however our experience with Rob enabled us to understand the process with minimal stress, and ultimately our property sold quite quickly at the value he predicted, for which we are very grateful.

We bought our new home from Rob and Rob this Spring and the process could not have been smoother! We were property hunting for over a year in the Bega Valley and met Rob and Rob many times. Rob and Rob are agents with integrity. They are honest about the properties they have on the market, about to come to market etc. I also really appreciate the amount of time they gave use to inspect properties. Rob Flynn was a fabulous agent with the final property we purchased - no request would have been too much! He is personable and flexible, he answers 7pm phone calls when solicitors are getting confused about paperwork and he resolved everything and had the right documents on the solicitors desk the next morning.
