Excellent Agent

We first meet Rob Schadel some time back when we inspected a property at Candelo. We found Rob was very easy to deal with, had all the information on the property or if he didn't have information to our questions got it to us at a later time. When we found and inspected our now home Rob was again equally easy to deal with. Rob spent quite a considerable amount of time with us on inspecting the property and again giving us all the information we asked for. Rob was great in his follow up with a no pressure demeaner simply a follow up on our impressions, questions and feedback. When we decided to purchase our new home Rob made the process very smooth as we were a bit 'at sea' having not brought a property in NSW for quite some time. There were some late hiccups with settlement not of Rob's doing but Rob dived straight in to get things sorted at the 'eleventh hour' and in the end thanks to Rob things concluded as planned. Special mention should also go to Cassandra who equally helped at settlement time in getting the process across the line. As we are new to the area Rob has helped us with lots of information about different things including trades and the sorts of things we need when owning a property. We could not more highly recommend Rob, Cassandra and everyone at Bega Valley Realty.
