Kathryn was incredible helping us sell our house in Unley. She helped us build a plan early, and gave us the logic behind every decision. She followed the plan we made and had incredible communication throughout the process. We had 89 groups through 2 opens. She contacted ALL of those groups and got the sale done - very quickly, and we're so happy with the price. Her fee was low and we couldn't be happier with the result, the approach, the process, and the communication. Wish I could give her 7 stars.

We were very comfortable with the strategy and outline for the processor selling our property with a very positive result - even more amazing this happened prior to Christmas.You worked as a team and knew exactly how much time was required between each step. The extra members of your team - Lou & the conveyancer were efficient and easy communicators. Lou took a load off our shoulders and knew how to declutter. Jody's photography was excellent. Kathryn has been lovely to communicate with and work with on the purchase of our new home. From the first open inspection, Kathryn was lovely to speak with and made us feel very comfortable, which was fantastic as so many open houses do not have a comfortable feel. Despite the fact they are focussing their business in the Belair and hills region I know from experience that people follow property listings first and agents second. Hence I had no problem with Paul and Kathryn selling a property at Glenelg. They were thorough with their research, provided a high level of service during the campaign and in this instance selected an excellent auctioneer to conduct our auction.
