We recently purchased a property as an investment at Jacobs Well. Trish and Nathan Pearman from Belize Property were absolutely amazing!! They worked with us on the financial and bargaining side of things with the seller, kept us up to date, helped us secure the property with an amazing deal that worked to our budget. Trish was so helpful with a few structural issues and helped to work out renovations and costs with the seller, which was very important to our purchase, ended up a sound and easy transaction between ourselves and the seller. Trish and Nathan also were very helpful with getting trades people etc to help with getting jobs done that we need on the property, above and beyond our expectations!! Trish & Nath have managed our home rental since 2017. We moved internationally and they treated our home as it was theirs.
