Extremely helpful and cooperative
Working with Trish, I could immediately sense that she is very knowledgeable with her market knowledge about selling properties and she conducts herself in an extremely professional manner. When she presented me with different buyer contracts for our house she would take the time to explain the benefits and differences between each offer .This was a much more helpful experience than someone who would simply send the different contract offers through and say "here are your offers" which I have experienced previously with other agents. On top of this she had also fairly negotiated with the buyers to make sure we could sell our house for a price that is fair and we would be satisfied with Additionally, if there were any problems that I had with the buyer, she would go above and beyond to help to solve the issue making sure both sides were satisfied. If I were to have another house to sell again, I would not hesitate to have Trish help me again. I would highly recommend Trish to anyone who is needing any help or advice on selling properties.

Couldn't of Asked for more in an agent selling my house
Trish and Nathan could not of tried harder to sell my property for me, they went well over and above what i would expect any agent to do. They had a lot of obstacles to deal with and it wasn't easy. The process caring and understanding nature of the whole experience was amazing i feel blessed that they sold my property for me. If you are looking to sell a property, you couldn't have someone in your corner more than Trish and Nathan and the team at Belize. I would not look anywhere else. Travis

Great agency with really genuine agents, refreshing change!
We had a great experience purchasing our home through the Belize team, their local knowledge and friendly attitudes made the process a dream. We were unsure of the area and what to expect but Trish, Nathan and Ellie were able to answer every question we had it was. It took a lot of angst out of the process and being that we had such a tight turn around from Contract to Settlement nothing was a problem for them. We would highly recommend the whole team.

Professional And Caring
Knowledge of the local area is exceptional, attention to detail second to none. An agent that is not all about the money (hard to find in any market) passionate and caring. Negotiates well for you and filters out nonsense buyers. I would highly recommend Trish and Nathan. This is the second time we have dealt with them both as a buyer and now a seller.
