Ryan was a great agent to work with. Of the agents we spoke to, he was the only one that took the time to really appreciate our property, the work that had gone into it and its selling points. Ryan provided sound advice without being over the top. Ryan and Toni were really great to work with, and ended up feeling like family friends. They were very understanding and supportive when we had to take our house off the market the first time for personal reasons, and were super helpful getting it sold the second time. There were multiple times they went they extra mile to ensure the sale went through without a hitch. Just the right amount of communication, but always just a call away, we received all the help and info we needed. We had record numbers at our two opens and had sold the house within just one week with 16 offers presented! It was a tough call, but Ryan read the enthusiasm of the buyers well and brought it to a head quickly and effectively. Listening to Ryan and Toni negotiate with buyers on our behalf, it was really good to hear how fair and honest they were with everyone while still ensuring we had got the best price we could for our home. We have since started looking to buy and are so disappointed by most agents we meet with how unprofessional (and sometimes sloppy) they seem to be when presenting and selling properties.
