We contacted Bell Real Estate Montrose approximately 18 months ago, we had two other agents in also but by the time Ryan and Toni left our home we felt as if they were not only the best agents for us but friends too! After only 9 days on the market we had 3 offers! You can’t ask for better then that! RYAN: to be absolutely honest Ryan is the most patient and honest agent I’ve come across, he was the only agent out of the 3 to follow up on our progress to get our home ready for sale. His honesty and advice was invaluable to us and gave us the best direction to go to get the best price for our home! After the house was on the market his negotiating skills were amazing! We could not ask for better service and their fee structure is truly an amazing idea but regardless of what we could have paid we could just not justify not paying them top dollar and they earned every cent! I actually wasn’t the one who did most of the communications in the setup to purchasing of this property. My parents actually did a lot of it because I’m always at work during normal house inspection times. But from what they told me he was very helpful with everything in helping decide if this would be the right property for me. Since my offer was accepted whenever I’ve had anything to ask or need help with he has promptly assisted with whatever it was I was needed. Thankyou for all the hard work.
