I don't think I could praise Jo highly enough. I was constantly surprised by how helpful Jo was and she really went above and beyond what I expected in offering assistance with more than just the sale of a house. She always responeded quickly to questions we had as we negotiated the purchase of the property we bought. Clearly Jo loves being with people and we felt drawn into the Bawley Point community with her perceptive suggestions and contacts. She was sensitive to where we were at and was not pushy however did offer and deliver assistance, suggestions and connections with the community when we expressed interest in her ideas. This assisted us in the most unstressful property exchange we have ever made! She also helped with organising builders for repair work, holiday rental of our new purchase and she recommended a fabulous tennant for a property we already owned and are not ready to sell. I am sure the family we bought from would feel that she represented them well as I felt she trod the line well to negotiate a successful sale for both parties. I would not hesitate to go to Jo again as our real estate agent, to buy or to sell, or to recommend her to others. It's a no-brainer.

I found Jo very approachable. Her love of her job showed in her dealings with us all as the family selling our father's home with many loving memories we all had of this place. She was very encouraging and understanding of our feelings. Her knowledge of the area and her persistence to sell this property which took a little longer than we would of expected was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately we would of loved to have been able to settle for more but the area and situation not being metropolitan made that not an option. Great work Jo. Much appreciated, Annette

I can't describe the amazing service I received from Jo in selling my house in Bawley Point. On the market for 2 days before it sold well over the asking price. She told me in her view the house would be well sort after and provided me handy hints on how to present my house in the best possible light. She provided me with a selling price I was very comfortable with and was then able to negotiate between 2 very interested parties a further increase in the original asking price. So many people told me selling my house would be very stressful however Jo made it all seem so simple and stress free. Highly recommend her.

Dealing with Jo Humphries was an absolute pleasure. From her thorough market knowledge to her up beat and enthusiastic personality with just the right amount of communication between us. Not once did we fell harassed, which we appreciated and we knew that she was communicating our requirements with the vendor. She even secured a rental for us when she realised that we were not intending to live in the dwelling immediately.
