Wow what a woman!!!! Jo has not only sold us a house, she sold us a dream and lifestyle. She has extreme passion for where she lives and what she does, she knows her area and location very well and is very helpful in achieving what you want both as a vendor and a purchaser. It has been a pleasure to deal with Tracey from Bella. We purchased a property and Tracey helped us secure a 6 month settlement which allowed us time to sell our current house. Unfortunately we made the mistake of getting wooed by another real estate agent to sell this house , after 3 months of trying to sell our house the interest seemed to dwindle from the other agent . Once the exclusive agent date had expired we immediately engaged Tracey to sell our home . Boom , done and dusted in 4 weeks!!!! We found Tracey to be honest and accurate in what she told us , and our only regret in the dealings with buying one house and selling the other is that we did not engage Tracey and the team at Bella sooner to sell.
